I would reserve tables outside at BJ's on 75th street. Unless it is crazy hot, there deck is ideal for get togethers. it has a covered secton on the upper section and the bay view is beutiful. BJ's will even do a buffet style set up out there or you can just order from the menu. Food is good and staff is verry helpfull. I have been to several events out there and all of them have been nice.

Another nice place might be Harrisons Harbor Watch. It is at the very end of the inlet. They have the whole inside lined with windows and you see nothing but the ocean. The one thing you want to make sure is that whatever place you pick will be able to accomodate your party, especially since you will be going in the "busy" part of the season.
