how do you rent chairs and umbrella on the beach near 32nd st, how much does it cost and what is a reasonable tip

A beach stand is located on each street or at least every other street. They cost around 10-15 for an umbrella and 3-8 for chairs. The folks who work the stands for the summer do not make a lot of $ and usually need a day and night job to make any money for the summer. Tip what you are feel would make them happy :) (NO LOOSE CHANGE)
