Yes they do...several. My husband and I charter from M.R.Ducks. It's a lot of fun. They will take you out all day, out into international waters. Good fishing. Now O.C. also has smaller ones you can take if you don't want to dish out the money for private charter. Different boat parties take out groups of people for 4 to 5 hrs. that's not as costly. I'm not sure if they take you out in the ocean though, I know some of them stay on the bayside.
