When my kids were small, we took them to see an afternoon childrens play. Cant remember where it was but would like to take my grandkids this summer.

I believe what you are talking about is Parker Playhouse Children's Theatre. I went there when I was younger with my grandma and it was located in the Carousel Hotel. Here is some information. I am not sure if it is still there in the summer or not.
