i need to charter a boat to spread someones ashes into the ocean off of ocean city area. who would i get in contact with? There will be 12 people

The coast guard usually takes groups out to do that. Although I don't think they like to take a large group out. You should contact them and ask about specific's. Their # is 410-289-7559. We charter through M.R.Ducks. Contact them I'm sure they will accomadate you. There office is located on the bayside. I can't remember the number but I'm sure you can get it from information.
