When does the boardwalk shops/resturants open?

We're planning on going down May 9-11 but weren't sure if the boardwalk will be open or not. If not we'll just reschedule for another weekend probably. But we don't want to go when it's really busy with high schoolers either.

The boardwalk is open 24 hours for public access and the stores open at 10 am. There are plenty of hotels and resturants open daily please check with Champer of commerence do to a convention in town that weekend
