Absolutely, check out our calendar (http://www.oceancityguide.com/calendar/ ). The convention center has weekly events, Town of OC puts on Springfest, Winterfest of Lights, Sunfest, etc. Even in the Off season you can find something do even if it takes doing a bit of exploring. Berlin Maryland has several festivals and parades and is right around the corner as well as Bethany / Rehoboth beach. . Restaurants and bars always have some sort of entertainment and Assateague island is open all year round.
