I'm going to ocean city for july 4th. I'm only staying 1 day. Where can I find a good parking place?

I would park on food lion parking lot on 128th ST its safe (and free :)) and they don't care too much who and for how long is parking :) sorry I know just a north part of the town... and I think in downtown not gonna be easy to find any parking place....
