Since the concert is outside can we take my 2 yr old to see Rodney Atkins at Sunfest this year? If yes, will we have to buy her a ticket?

I believe if the concert is outside, it will be free for everyone. Don't quote me on it though, call 1-800-OC-OCEAN.
