what is the name of the new club/hotspot in OC that is like secrets?? I hear it has a beach bar where you can hang out all day.

I believe the place you are talking about is the Party Block Pool Bar. It is located on 17th Street. It doesn't have a beach, but it is a pool with food and drinks (for adults only).
