Are there places to park near the boardwalk and how much do they charge?

The best place to park is downtown in the inlet. You pay when exiting which is alot nicer than having to feed a meter.

The rate schedule varies according to the time of year and days of the week.

April 15 - Thursday of Memorial Day weekend & Labor Day to October 15

Monday – Thursday = $1.00 per hour
Friday, Saturday and Sunday = $1.50 per hour

Friday before Memorial Day to the Sunday before Labor Day

Monday – Thursday = $1.50 per hour
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday = $2.00 per hour

Municipal parking lots are open from April 1st through October 1st, and meters are in effect 24 hours a day. I'm not sure of the exact price but im sure its around the same.
