Come for a weekend in April, that's when all of the restaurants start accepting applications... Get rental lists from any Real Estate office. Depending on how many people you are prepared to live with or how much you want to dish out usually predicts what you will end up renting. Some restaurants such as Phillips provides housing but they hold your tips. I would go for Fagers, BJ's The Shark, or any other fine dining or turn and burn restaurant...
