I would have to say Tequila Mocking Bird! They have the best salsa. I just ate there the other night with my best friend and my hubby for cinco de mayo. They are located at 130th street on the bayside.

I’m down with Cactus Café. “Seafood Chimichanga” is the bomb. They are located on 113 and off of 54 in DE. Sorry OC, work on your sangria and I will reconsider.
