Surf fishing at the inlet is probably the best in town. The best times to fish stripers are early morning around dawn, before dusk and at night. Use blood worms or lures. Gotcha plugs and rattletraps work well. If its low tide and a sandbar is visible, hike out to the sandbar and cast beyond it.
Good Luck!

I'll have to add to the answer since theres not enough space for a comment.
Getting to the inlet is very simple. Just make a right out of Frontier Town and head down 611 (the road Frontier Town is on) until you get to the end which is Rt. 50. Make a right on Rt.50 and head across the bridge into Ocean City. At the light at the end of the bridge make a right onto Philadelphia Ave. Take that all the way to the end and make a right onto S. Baltimore Ave. You'll be right by the Inlet at this point so you'll see the water on your right. Just head straight to the parking lot and your at the inlet. S. Baltimore dead ends right into the parking lot. You wont have a problem finding it. Have fun.

To answer the question as to how to get to the inlet. From Frontier Town get on 50 east into Ocean City. Stay in the right lane as you enter town you will see the signs that direct you to the inlet. There is a fee for parking on the lot but it's not bad.. Good luck hope you catch a big one..
