Is there anywhere you can rent beach wheelchairs?

I have a ten year old boy who is dependent on a wheelchair. We would love to take him to the beach but I am not sure how we would get him down to the ocean. I can't afford to purchase a beach wheelchair, but would love to rent one if possible!
