What is the best time to drive & avoid traffic in June on Friday (from Baltimore)? Is leaving at night better than the afternoon? Worst time to leave?

All depends if they are working on the Bay Bridge!!! Not sure why they choose busy times to do this ... My family has always had great luck leaving the Baltimore area around 2:30 in the afternoon or after 7:30 at night. OC or not your going to hit some congestion at rush hour as im sure you are aware of!! There are several off the beaten path ways to roll in about 2 miles from the bridge as well as side roads once you get over the bridge.
