The place you are talking about is Seacrets. You can either lay on a raft out in the water or sit at a high top table in the water while being served. They have a web cam so you can check it out before you go!

Yeah the place is called Secrets it's like on 75 street or something do a search for it on one of the web sites it's a great place to hang out at I'm going to be there next weekend!
