You'll want to do it during the offseason unless your planning on renting a reception hall somewhere. This limits you to before Memorial Day and After Labor Day. You'll find plenty of Restaurants that would be happy to host a reception at those times.

My fiance and I picked the weekend before Senior wk because Its not so bad with teenagers and its still early enough to get a good price and the weather is nice. There is also a wedding site that had packages that make planning easy...http://www.weddings-seashore.com
