Mackys
Food: its ok, a little pricy for portion size, go for Happy Hour to get the real food deals
Happy Hour: Great time, watch the sunset outside or in there open restaurant
Atmosphere: Great, inside tables, bar, outside beach w/ tables, younger crowd on some nights
Kid Friendly: Yup, they can play in the sand while you eat!!
Budget: Average prices
BJ’s
Food: Great!!! Onion soup, seafood skins, soft shell crab sandwich….
Happy Hour: Great, cheap and tasty wings and raw bar.
Atmosphere: Great, inside tables, bar, outside tables, Great sunset. Sports and bands are a staple for this place.
Kid Friendly: Sure, Good kids menu, kids can see the duck feeding every day at 1:00.
Budget: Average prices

Food: its ok, I enjoy the soup and nachos there. A little pricy for portion size

Atmosphere: Great, inside tables, bar, outside tables and tiki bar, one of the best places in town to see a non-cover band.
Kid Friendly: Sure, kids can throw stuff on the floor in any restaurant..

Secrets
Food: Great, they have expanded there menu and the Jerk Chicken is the bomb!!
Atmosphere: Insane!!! inside tables / bar, outside tables / bar, Inside outside entertainment, great people watching. May get annoying at times.. Attracts the largest number of tourists and party animals.
Kid Friendly: Yes and No. Kids can come in and sit in the dining sections and they will not bother you if you want to take a walk on the dock or around the property, but kids are encouraged to stay in the seating section. If you are sitting outside, the entertainment is sometimes adult oriented and in appropriate for kids.
Fish Tales
Food: Average – Great. I love the conk fritters!!!
Atmosphere: Old town fishing village on a tropical harbor sums it up. One of my favorite places. There is water access so you can come by water.
Kid Friendly: Probably the most kid friendly place in town. They have a huge pirate ship for the kids to play on while the adults eat and drink. If you don’t have kids it can be annoying at times when adults keep there kids in a bar atmosphere late night. It is suggested that parents monitor there kids at all times since Waiters and Bartenders are not babysitters.
All you can eat Buffet: If you are out for crabs and have some cash on hand, go to Bahama Mamas. They have the best and heaviest crabs and sell them by weight. As far as all you can eat, it is hit or miss. I would try the Warf.

The Shark: Best food!!!!
Fagers: Best sunset
Kirbys: Friendliest local bar
Fishtales: Best for kids and Boaters
Sunset Grill: Great food and marina atmosphere
Bj’s: Best sports and Wings

- balisa: Thanks for your time and info. I guess we need to make some decisions. We ate at the crab factory and I got the soft crab platter , I didn`t like it at all but my husband got the lump crab and loved it. We also ate at the dough roller and it was very good. Is the Green Tutle any good? What about all you can eat seafood crab legs, steak & ribs buffet thats very good and not so expensive? Thanks for all your help and info!

I am going to have to disagree with castaways being average price. Their restaurant is very nice, but their menu is small and over priced!

Green Turtle: Good Wings and general bar food...
Nicks is the best for ribs in town but may not be all you can eat... Emmings on 113 has insane BBQ as well as Smokers on 611. Havent heard great things about JR's
Bonfire always has a great all you can eat buffet w/ Crab legs and more, most of these places you will want to get the legs as soon as they come out so they don’t dry up in the heat lamp. - balisa: We ate at BJ`s on the water and it was pretty good. Thanks for the info!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
