Bicycles are allowed on the boardwalk at the following times:
Memorial Day through Labor Day - 2 a.m. to 10 a.m.
May 1 through Memorial Day - 2 a.m. to 12 noon
Labor Day through September 30 - 2 a.m. to 12 noon
Holidays - 2 a.m. to 12 noon
Springfest - 2 a.m. to 12 noon
October 1 through April 30 - Anytime
