Trick or treating is held on Halloween night in many neighborhoods through Ocean City and Berlin. Because of the seasonal nature of the town the 3 most concentrated areas for Halloween are the outlets in West Ocean City, downtown Berlin, and Fox Chapel in West Ocean City.
