In all seriousness. If your over 21 you cant go wrong with the Fishtales, Peppers Tavern, The Party Block, Seacrets or Fagers.

If you want to find a good party, try walking down 28th street on the bayside. You are bound to find 1 or 25 porches covered with drunk delinquents.
