IT'S CALLED FISHER'S AND IT'S ON TALBORT STREET NEAR THE INLET ON THE BOARDWALK!

I like Dolles better. They are right across from the entrance to the pier (where the rides are) on the boardwalk.

Actually there is two, Fisher's & Dolle's. They are both famous for their yummy caramel popcorn! Personally I always go to Fisher's, but hey whatever floats your boat.
