At what ages are children allowed to ride the boardwalk tram free of charge?

A child has to be 42" or under to ride for free on the boardwalk tram. Tram fare is $2.75 per person Monday through Thursday and $3.00 per person Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for one-way passage only.
