Where do we find an apartment that cost 50 to 70 $ a week with all the utilities, like an internet connection?
And it is during October for two people (not couples) we're friends though.

Maybe 10 years ago you could. A low cost of an apartment in OC for the offseason is around $600 a month and goes up from there.
